CACTERA TRAINING / WORKFLOW AUTOMATION

Understand the workflow.
Practise a better handoff.

Help a team understand one recurring process, build or inspect a safe demonstration, and decide what should happen automatically and what needs human review.

LEARNING THAT HAS A PURPOSE

Build understanding.
Put it into practice.

  1. 01

    Understand the process

Map the trigger, inputs, decisions and owner of a recurring process, including the steps that should remain manual.

  2. 02

    Test a safe example

Build or inspect a sandbox flow with a clear human approval point and test how it handles incomplete or repeated input.

  3. 03

    Define a useful pilot

Prepare a realistic pilot brief with acceptance checks, operating ownership and unresolved implementation questions.

LEARN BY DOING

Try the work.
Explain the decision.

Explore a few examples. We adapt the session to your questions, experience and tools.

01Map the request handoff

A fictional operations team copies a request from a form into a shared tracker and asks a manager to approve it.

Try it. Draw the trigger, source record, required fields, responsible owner and approval step before choosing a tool.

02Try the failure cases

A sandbox receives a complete request, a duplicate, a missing field and a simulated connection failure.

Try it. Run or inspect each case and record what the flow should stop, retry or send for human review; external sends remain disabled.

03Write the pilot brief

The team has a demonstration and must decide whether production work is justified.

Try it. Write a bounded implementation brief with acceptance cases, permissions, operating ownership and a manual fallback.

BEFORE WE BEGIN

A few useful
answers.

Can we book training on its own?

Yes. Training is an independent service. No development, testing or support subscription is required.

How is the session arranged?

We agree the topics, group size, format and timing around your learning needs.

Do we need technical experience?

We adapt the explanations and exercises to your starting point, with time for questions.

LET’S SHAPE YOUR WORKSHOP

Start with your team.
Make the learning relevant.

Tell us who’s taking part and what they need help with. We’ll shape the session together.
